1. Booking and Payments

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process.

Payments must be made via the accepted methods listed on our website, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments (M-Pesa), and bank transfers.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the trip qualify for a refund, minus a service fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 4 business days to process.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Liability

Wasini Trips is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

Travelers are encouraged to have travel insurance covering unforeseen incidents.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, please:
