1. Booking and Payments

We may collect the following types of information:

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified during the booking process.

Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods outlined on our website.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We use your data to:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip qualify for a refund minus a service fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Wasini Trips reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to notify you promptly of any changes.

4. Liability

Wasini Trips is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

Clients are advised to have travel insurance to cover potential risks.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for everyone:

Respect fellow travelers, guides, and marine life.

Adhere to safety instructions provided by our team.

Littering or damaging the environment is strictly prohibited.

6. Medical and Safety Considerations

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Participation is at the client’s own risk; Wasini Trips is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions aggravated during the trip.

7. Use of Images and Media

Wasini Trips may take photographs or videos during trips for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before the trip.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
